I recently returned from the United States Conference on AIDS, my first professional conference, and oh how my address book adored it. For those of you that haven't had your career plan lined-up since you were wearing G.I. Joe undies (I certainly didn't), here is a suggestion that may enhance your likelihood of pulling down that sweet job.

In addition to attending AIESEC conferences, register for a major professional conference in the area of your interest. You will likely be amazed by the willingness of execs and experts, to indulge in your interest. The potential for awesome connections is gargantuan and the cutting-edge knowledge you gain is remarkable.
